F.A.Qs about Jail, State Hospital, and Court

Its been over a month since we last heard from Chris
whats happening?
Very little as far as we know due to Chris's silence and the sealing of court docs. On September, the judge received a letter from Virginia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Praetor released some Chris arts and junk talismans via mail, which means his silence is voluntary and of his own decision.

But the lawyer has to prove his client really truly and honestly believed he was cutting a cake and it’s not as easy to prove as it may sound.
And that's why it's almost never works in the very few cases that go for it. Even if you can prove that a person is barely able to discern fantasy from reality, if they still understand that murder is bad or that humans aren't cake, they can't be criminally insane. Chris' case isn't going to a jury anyways, but if it does there's almost no way that he'll dodge a rape charge with an insanity plea, even if he genuinely did think Barb consented.

Chris making the first responsible move in his life.
voluntary silence from internet.

O_O
i thought he was going more insane
but that was the sanest move he's made in decades.

His lawyer might know this, but this case isn't whether Chris is guilty or not, but how much his autism can cushion him from the blows of punishment.

More importantly why DIDN'T you say he wants to rape people? He openly admitted it. That's why he made the notorious shecameforcwc picture that made him a lolcow in the first place, and claimed he did it to overcome his overwhelming desire to rape Megan.
His openly expressed desire to rape people is literally why we even know his goddamn name.
Exactly, Chris is basically a psychopath since he's expressed how he's "the Real Player One" and other people are just backround characters as far as he's concerned so not really that important.

The only reason Chris hadn't raped women before or didn't go around beating up men he didn't like is he knew there'd be consequences so he only targets those he knows wont fight back and now the state are WELL aware of that ever since it seems likely he raped his mother who has dementia and from the sounds of things tried making moves on a woman in a mental health facility under the guise of a "Demon-Exocrism" according to the July 29th letter to Kenneth Engelhardt so thankfully I doubt they'll be any more good-will towards Chris and he'll be under constant watch around vulnarable people.

@Jon Osterman Yeah i'm saying insanity is out.
Temporary insanity doesn't apply if you actively engage in your delusions.
If Chris is deemed that insane, it's the long haul and would make his prison time look like a joke.
As for Barb consenting, well I'm just going to put this out here and let whoever can provide a citation contend it if they want.
While a judge can seal records of the court trial, usually in almost every case the actual charge is public record.
I haven't seen anything to imply lack of consent.

That is another thing people don't bring up, getting out on insanity isn't exactly ideal. The government won't just let Chris out into the world if he's so delusional he thought he was banging Cryzel. He'll be institutionalized until they deem him sane, locked away in a place that makes the tard home look like a hostel.

If she had already been diagnosed with dementia, it would’ve been a different story. 1/12 jurors would see the entire christory and not be able to say for sure it was rape.
We don't know what she's diagnosed with and it would be whether she had dementia at the time of the rape, not a couple years before it. Anyway if they were going to do it they probably would have already, but that they didn't doesn't mean she hadn't gone downhill substantially before Chris raped her.

She could be anything from just slightly worse than last time we saw her on video to full-on babbling Alzheimer's patient.

In any event, her condition when she was actually examined by physicians following the rapes would be a lot more relevant than anecdotal bullshit from years previous.

If I had to guess, they decided they'd have a hard time establishing that. Either Barb wasn't cooperating or, conceivably, it was at least ambiguously consensual.

it was at least ambiguously consensual.
Pure speculation, I have no citations.
Barb's health the last few years has been iffy at best. She seems to be going through her own depression sways (the video where Chris has to beg her to talk because it seems she is dead. Actual Wellness Check was done because people actually thought she might be dying). The dead eyed stare at the camera in later videos is utterly insane to think it was okay to post that on the internet.
I believe one of two possibilities.
Chris actually molested his mother or Chris was doing his exaggeration of details to the fungus foot girl.
Both are a bit of a flip flop for me. I really think they are both as likely as the other.

I find it hard to believe a sex crime unit did not rule out dementia or other illness that would be automatic non-consensual.
I do not believe Barb would consent to sex with Chris, while her abuse has many citations we have nothing to back up a sexual desire for Chris or sexual desire for anyone really. Chris has never speculated to my knowledge on the intimacy of Barb/Bob.
Barb would as far as I know go out of her way to defend Chris to nearly any end as we have many citations of that.
On the opposite argument we have as many points to make on Chris just exaggerating a story that obviously has gotten way out of hand. The numerous citations of exaggeration of the details of friendship/relationship with friends/sweethearts.
Now a lot of people disagree with me on my next point. I believe Chris has never had sex and Mia was completely fabricated. For the sake of argument. If Mia was not fake and Chris did hire a prostitute. The story he posted to others was still fabricated.
The whole thing stinks of an autistic fantasy.
It would not be that bizarre for Chris to have had a somewhat if not outright inappropriate intimate moment with Barb, that he greatly exaggerated later.
I digress, I don't have much more to add for my arguments.

Well, other than the spooning, Chris implied when he had sex with the prostitute that she said he should have had sex with her instead. That's pretty fucked up and Chris is pretty unreliable at the best of times, but it would be one example. I don't think anyone believed she'd actually said that at the time, but if she did. . .

I'm pretty sure he had sex with Barb or he wouldn't be in jail, but I don't believe Barb was clearly demented, or he'd be charged with more than just incest.

Fair, completely fair speculation.
Back to the waiting game until we know more. Until next time m8, cheers.

I'd have to go all the back through the text Chris had with Bella (I believe he mentioned this to Bella) but Barb was resistant at first which is why Chris started with "massages" and worked his way up to full penetration. There's also a chance (and I can't stress this enough so nobody please run with this) that if Barb really does have Dementia that's getting worse, she was confusing Chris with somebody else, specifically Bob/ex-lover.

Barbs pussy was the first and last one that Chris will ever touch.

That is an important thing is that the police did investigate this, and whatever they found was enough to hold Chris for a year in jail. They have much better information than we do, and have determined that Chris did bang Barb and that Barb had the capacity to consent (not saying that she did or didn't only that she could).

They also immediately arrested him and issued an Emergency Protective Order, despite the known fact that his local cops had been routinely harassed by idiots for over a decade with utter bullshit about Chris. They didn't do that without evidence.

This might be a fabrication of my own making, but I could of sworn someone said semen was found in Barb.
You've got about 6 days with a cervical swab for forensics. Rape kit is only a few days.
Also I'm a bit rusty with my crime knowledge. Is implication of a crime enough to push the strong arm of the law?
Say in a very distasteful conversation someone says they molest someone who can't consent.
They are even recorded saying this, the law I know at this point has to take the threat seriously. They remove the person to protect them from the potential abuse, but if there is no evidence and no one to testify. Do we just play it off as a LARP?
Because I'm going to be real, most awkward LARP of my life to show up to work on Monday and have to look "Ted" in the eye after he said he had his arm further up Grandma than Jim Henson did in a Muppet.
I want to say no, but could Barb (or more accurately Chris) have been removed simply because of a perceived threat?
