What does "making the site inaccessible to users 30-100% of the time" even mean? This is such a dumb wordsalad. I can say any site is inaccessible 30-100% of the time. What's the standard for inaccessibility from the users' end. Do people who forget to turn on their wifi count as well? How is it possible to reach 100% unless the site is completely down? Moreover, if there are bumps because Josh is fiddling with things, the site being inaccessible 100% of the time for... how long? 1 minute? 10? Doesn't that apply to literally any other site?

Ping Pong have posted screenshots from Qualys SSL Labs before so i bet that is his super secret blackbox.
I did a super fast check and ping pong is maybe talking about that the farms is using http1.1 instead of Http/2, H2 is faster then H1 but not 100%

Anyway there are smarter people than Liz or Josh looking at this stuff. If there is a misconfiguration it will come out eventually and be fixed. But 30-100% downtime sounds more like delusion from someone currently deteriorating in body and mind.
