Youtube kinda does that already, if you inspect this element on the page, its refreshed every few seconds, this info can be easily scraped.

Phil struggles with resetting his computer. Plus, he'd have to dip into his gacha funds to buy bots. IIRC, there haven't really been any suspiciously high viewer spikes, he tends to hover around the same number each stream. Pretty sure we had confirmed during the Twitch days one of the paypigs was paying for bots and that's how he was able to get over 1,000 viewers. Plus, I don't think Phil cares that much about active viewers, I'd think if he were going to buy bots for something, it'd be to rating boost his videos. He enjoys the likes, and he could use it to support his "silent majority" nonsense. He'd also be his usual stupid self and buy the most expensive package, he wouldn't settle for something small like he'd have to be using now.

He's too afraid to open up his PC to just fucking clean it (he admitted the PC case hasn't been opened in 8 fucking years, with pigroach miasma there's an empire of dust in there), he doesn't know how to use his stream deck even though he should be able to run it through his laptop now since it has W10, which brings me to him being too afraid to install and use W10 on his PC. He can't keep up with installing graphics drivers (the last time he played a PC game was when he played TF2 for a begathon in I think 2020 and he admitted his drivers were several years out of date), he doesn't know how to pick good parts, let alone build a PC, without complete handholding from dents even though websites like PCPartPicker exist. He can barely use OBS, he can't use any editing software, not even free ones like Shotcut, to do the bare minimum of editing which would be clipping out the parts where he starts and pauses the recording while giving a 1000 Hogan stare. Not to mention, viewbots cost money and getting Phil to reinvest in his business in 2022 in any way is like pulling teeth, with him reaching the point this year where he refuses to spend $60 on a new video game in some cases.
