I want to make it clear that I ONLY had made the latest vlog because a mother of two children complained about the other channel which doesn't belong to me called "Wogglebug Love Productions is Extremely Homophobic" and also about the cursing in my previous vlog (because her kids picked it up). And she told me I would have to make a vlog of apologizing to protect myself. I NEVER would have done it otherwise. And by the way, I explained to her why those anti-LGBT videos were made. And she at least accepted without complaint that the Wogglebug and Frogman are NOT gay.

From what I have looked up, @Unexpected Genitals has applied for registration in Delaware 3 weeks ago, and it should be properly filed in the relevant registers any day now (Covid 19 has caused delays in public administration processes everywhere). From that point on they could DMCA any of your videos, DVDs and books containing the character that legally belongs to @Unexpected Genitals so I would slow it with the legal threats.

If you are playing nice UG might allow you to become license the Sylvie character off them. If you need a neutral and trustworthy party to draft the licensing agreement, I think one of the users here had an uncle who is a lawyer at Nintendo.
