Did DSP use “raid” in the general sense or was it an actual raid as implemented by YouTube? Because if it was one of the YouTube Redirects, not only does he have to enable that for specific channels, but the redirecting channel needs to have over 1k subscribers:

If it was an actual raid, there’s no way he couldn’t have known about it.

I click on his stream and he is playing A Plague's Tale: Requiem , 10 seconds go by of me watching and I notice that whenever he moves the camera the FPS drop to the point it stutters a little bit for half a second, Phil immediately says "I don't mind for a second that this game is only 30 frames per second, like this is...completely understandable and forgivable, they made it look this good?? for that??? then so be it, it's fine, like I said it's not a game where you need 60 frames, it's not an action game where there is combat or, you know, first person shooter or anything like that"

Lmao what a console peasant thing to say, yes Phil it's fine that games run at 30FPS and stutter a tiny bit when you move the camera, also games apparently don't need 60FPS, Also I know he is retarded but the implication by saying "if they made it this good 30 frames per second is fine, it's understandable" implies that the game's default is 30FPS rather than hardware limitations (his console) making it 30FPS, what a dent.

I feel like this 'All channels can redirect to my content' is a new addition and allows any channel to redirect to you (i.e. you don't have to whitelist specific channels ahead of time). However, a raid appears in the stream chat and is apparent to anyone watching the live stream that it has occurred.

- DSP's current 'organic' member count is 334, a level similar to that of January 2022 (this number has been steadily decreasing over time by the way.)

I saw it earlier at 211k and now its down to 210k. Did youtube crack down?

EDIT: It has gone back up and appears to be growing about 100 subs a minute with dips added in to look real. It is very linear though.

What kinda logic is this? That applies for every shitty or stressful job, nobody is a slave to anything but that doesn’t change reality. Art/entertainment are important aspects of society, and most people in these fields either get payed shit, overworked, or don’t have consistent income, maybe all three

Some of the most famous artists in history lived in squalor, but I’m sure you would’ve just told them “nobody forced this on you!”

Idk what’s wrong with acknowledging reality, going to school for years to become a doctor is stressful and can fuck with someone’s psyche, same for after they graduate, would you tell them to just do something else if you hear they complained just because they chose this path?

People can pursue a passion or job with acknowledging it’s not the best paying or the unique stresses that come with it happen without nobodies online going “you shouldn’t have done it then!”

It's better for the dent to spend his money in that than to give it to Phil I guess, but I would like it if it was even more, I want Phil to get 30k viewers just for the small possibility of him thinking it's real, that this is proof of his redemption and that people are here for the new releases of the hardcore gaming season, or if it happened during da level one phadcast so Phil can ramble about how he is new face of gaming news.
