Here are some clips from today's proceedings, day 11 of the trial. These are prior to the prosecution resting.

Here Darrell Brooks gets upset at laughter coming from the prosecution's table. During her reply DA Susan Opper notes that they were laughing at a typo in their own case material.


Here again Darrell Brooks is crying about laughter in the court room.


Here Brooks argues with the judge ending with the judge telling him to stop talking, "I'm not asking, I'm telling you."

Here is Darrell Brooks' attempting to call the State of Wisconsin to the stand. The prosecution objects with a smug smile and the objection is sustained. Darrell Brooks then moves for a dismissal of the case once again using arguments that they have repeatedly dismissed as they are not legally sound. Judge says that they will discuss that motion outside the presence of the jury and makes him call his next witness


Here's the first witness he called telling him that he would have attacked him if there were not women standing in his way in reference to an altercation they had where Brooks assaulted a woman.


edit: one last clip, here brooks grins like a retard when asking about calling a witness tomorrow who he refuses to name, presumed to be his ex-girlfriend.

I think he'll be found guilty, but I'm not gonna say there isn't at least some chance the jury is retarded. Though even if one dumbass in there causes a hung jury all that will happen is Brooks gets a new trial and we get to do this all over again.

Unfortunately no death penalty in Wisconsin. Nigger might be better behaved if there was, at this point he's got nothing to really lose.
