whenever he is questioning witnesses, he does not talk about himself or refers to himself. He always speaks about himself in third person like "Did you see Mr. Brooks do ...", "And did you say something to Mr. Brooks", "Did the alleged defendant...", "When you say 'you', who are you referring to?", etc.
I listened to almost all pretrials and am listening to Trial Day Two right now. He keeps asking his ex and other witnesses questions which he then asks again in a different way to find something to discredit the witnesses. He tries so hard to find a mistake, thinking that that will be his get-out-of-jail card.

I've been reviewing an endless pile of footage and clipping it to create a brief timeline of events. I'm still going through pretrial footage but here's what I've got so far:
I can't help but experience a bit of feels when listening to this.
I looked up 2021CF005020 and it turns out the case is still open and set for last pretrial on the 17th of November and jury trial 12th of December! Turns out even after he's convicted and sentenced on the parade massacre, it won't be his last trial yet! He hasn't yet fired his public defenders on this case at least.
Somehow Brooks got a hold of the sovereign citizen talking points and the live stream opens with Brooks describing himself as a sovereign citizen
In this clip he questions the relevance of his attorney's competence then continues to waffle on until he runs out of words and simply stops talking.
The stupid antics have already begun.
The judge wraps up with a discussion about Darrell's nigger brain not comprehending anything.
There is no turning back at this point.

All the hearings up to this point have been the usual back and forth between lawyers that only the most astonishingly autistic people can watch. Brooks would just sit there staring into space but for some reason on August the 26th, he decided to have his first (that I'm aware of) chimp out. I started watching this trial on about day 4 or 5. He pulls the same shit everyday. He wants the bait the judge into doing something wrong so there will be a mistrial, but she is not biting. Since all of his games weren't working he just flat out told the judge that she wasnt fit to be a judge. All his other shit he tried to be sly with but now he is flat out personally attacking her and her position. He even pulled that "You are a public servant. You are meant to protect my rights." He is a worthless piece of shit that murdered 6 people and wounded dozens of others because he was mad at his girlfriend. He is also a whiny little bitch who cries about how its unfair that hes a dumb fuck and everyone else involved in this trial can string together 2 sentences.

Watching this low IQ fuck boy's trial was both hilarious and fucking infuriating. Even today at the sentencing scheduling he was trying his water logged brain arguments and tried to get the verdict thrown out because the jury did not know he had a shock bracelet on his ankle. The only good thing about him being such an inbred fuck up is that he'll be too dumb to make a coherent argument to lengthen the whole process and NO one is gonna stick their neck out to help an unrepentant and self centered mass murderer.
I lied. The other good thing about him being such an inbred fuck up is his rap career. Mathboi Fly sucks so much ass that I love it. His music feels like an incredibly made parody. BIDNESS is so horrible and the music video is unbelievably pathetic with him acting like a big shot in his shitty apartment kitchenet. I think my favorite part is where he just yells "BLAHP BLAHP" for no reason. I don't know if it's possible but I would love for them to take his entire discography, music video, and various works and put them all into a package for the public to buy with all the proceeds going to a fund for the victims. I would buy that shit in a heart beat.

Why is there no mention at all of him being a terrorist in the header? And in the thread there are just minor references to it. I would argue running over a Christmas parade full of white people out of hatred for them would be a bigger deal than being an "alleged defendant", a rapper or a misogynist. I'm sure you would add it and focus on it without thinking if it was a white perpetrator, so what's the deal here?
