That's the thing: the best a trans person can ever hope for is a slightly androgynous vocal fry. That's it. That's the highest possible point of the transition as far as voice is concerned. Male and female humans have different vocal chords, and so when we speak, our voice is obviously masculine or feminine depending on our chromosomes, which affect how our vocal chords develop. With some amount of training, and yes, surgery if a person elects for that (as Keffals did, apparently), a man or woman can hide this slightly, but it's still going to be obvious to any attentive listener that the person in question is a man or a woman. As such, trans people can literally only hope to stir up confusion when they speak by sounding like they're somewhere in the middle of the two. This is true of all trans people, MTF or FTM. I know a FTM trans "man", and she sounds like a prepubescent 12 year old boy. I don't think she could possibly manage anything better than that. When she speaks it's in a monotone, and it wouldn't even fool a fucking deaf person. That's it man. The ceiling has been reached, and it's a lot lower than these retards realize.

My theory is he's got his bra straps cinched as short as they'll go to try to achieve this look. You can see this in how tight under the armpit the boobs are curved. The horizontal strap should be sitting comfortably below the boob and not migrating upward like it is here, which is creating severe compression that pushes the boobs together in an unnatural position. It's doing a worse job than a normal push-up bra should.

You can tell the back of the bra is creeping way up his back, which means the straps are too short or the band just isn't the right size.



This is not an airtight case, but if the body fat is rolled in this way (very obviously when you're wearing a shirt this tight), that's usually a good indication that that's where the bra is sitting.
