The property looks like shit. The latest google map pictures from in front of the house are from 2019, but if you go over to the highway around the corner, the pics are from this month.
2019. Well kept grass and trimmed trees/hedges.
2022. Nobody has done any landscaping in at least a year.

Hard disagree, @Least Concern. I was able to replicate @Shadow Man Dingo's results with TruePeopleSearch.com, the site me and the boys in the Keffals thread used to dox like half of Keffals's mod team - speaking from experience, the site is legit far, far more than it isn't. That's still less than 100 percent and one problem with these sites is they're often aggregating from the same sources, so an incorrect result will show up on more than one site. Or for instance they'll aggregate data and get information from more than one person with the same/similar name.
It does look like that's at least definitely a record for the "real" David Kirk Ginder. Another possibility is identity theft or just a prank. I don't think either of those are terribly likely but they should be weeded out.
It does seem to be in character for him not to go outside for months at a time.
That said it would be nice to put this fake bullshit to rest for good.

On my first catch of David's info, it shows his phone number March 2022 as being "allegedly" active and in use. I guess I could way back machine the info to see when it first appeared.

Home was bought in 2019 by N. Old State LLC sounds like an oddly specific property management company if someone wants to dig into that.

The company is registered by Matthew Cull, an attorney with Kephart Fisher LLC, and both the company and Cull specialize in real estate law: "Matthew Cull is an Associate Attorney with the Firm. His practice primarily covers all aspects of land planning, zoning, development, ownership, financing, and business organization and structuring. Beginning in 2016 with the Firm’s addition of attorney Gary L. Jones, Mr. Cull expanded his practice areas into Ohio liquor and hospitality law, enabling Mr. Cull to provide additional services to longstanding real estate clients of the Firm, as well as assist clients in the hospitality industry from the ground up."
If I had to make a completely wild guess why this LLC existed, it may be to own property so that the person living there doesn't need their own name on the property.
Also interestingly, search results for Matthew Cull and the N Old State LLC turn up some hits on the City of Columbus, OH government website relating to zoning which have been removed under the EU's "right to be forgotten" if you access Google from an EU IP address. I'm not even sure if that's meaningful, it's just odd.
Kephart Fisher LLC usually seems to do bigger things than this but it's a firm you'd hire specifically for property.
It mentions Matthew Cull and Old State LLC but not the specific address.
It looks like they might have purchased it and immediately remodeled it in the hopes of flipping it. At least the pictures on zillow/redfin/etc. look like a recently remodeled (or at least cleaned) property.

The fact that the FPS page says he's dead should give people pause about jumping on this. Admittedly it seems very strange that he needs a new phone number during the month with the most KF downtime after being supposedly dead for over a year. The 614 area code is for central Ohio near Columbus which matches up with the location of the house. The problem is, we (or at least I) don't know much real information about this guy we don't have a photo and at the time of his " death" we didn't even have his real name.
If we knew a little more about his personal or family history it would be easier to say if this is bullshit or not. While it looks pretty real it would be nice to have something more concrete so we can put this to rest.

We don't know why FPS says he's dead either. Maybe it's gayops by trannies contacting FPS to let them know of the "error" and linking them the several articles that cite the hearsay of Hoaxin' Hector and Cookie Jar Beckett. It could also be due to an actual death certificate or contact from his family but I doubt it.

You need to read the thread. We 100% know his real name, have several photos of him, know who his ex-husband is, know about members of his family, ect. We didn't know these details when he "died" only because nobody cared about him, he wasn't an interesting cow and his thread at the time was actually dead, but we got lots and lots of info in the aftermath.
