Honestly, all someone has to do is to look at any Sub-Saharan country. Rwanda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, as civilized as I can say this whenever Africans are put in charge the entire society falls apart.

Depends on where people are from. I live in the UK and the difference between black cultures is noticeable. The Caribbean lot are often worse (play their music very loud, act aggressively, swear constantly) and the Nigerians are usually mellow, law-abiding and friendly. I've interacted with both sets. You also get everyone else that's in-between when it comes to behavior just like every other culture. An African migrant who actually wants to succeed is held back by the idiot black people that always have someone else to blame for their asshole attitude.

Here's a funny one of an immigrant male accosting an elderly woman in the Stockholm tube where he demands to have her seat.
In this video, you can see the gypsy in it's natural habitat, throwing it's own feces at another gypsy, likely in a squabble over their territory.
In May this year, Danish politician Rasmus Paludan organised several book burnings of the Quran, we saw a bunch of chimpouts across the country over it by our very native and very Swedish Muslim population. There is so much going on in this video, the chimping over the burning of a book, a girl with a hijab running into the water and nearly drowning because she is a subhuman that can't swim, the people running in after her, girl who ran into the water who thought her phone wouldn't die from it, and the kid in the background screaming "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR".
A gang of gypsies boarding the "studentflak" (an odd tradition we have, where high school graduates parade the city on the bed of a lorry with beer, it's fun but somewhat odd) of a group of students because they want the cans in order to recycle them for money.
There are a ton more of these but I can't be bothered finding all of them, but it does at least point at there maybe being a problem in our country which might not have to do with the native population.

It's amazing what people collectively let slide when the precedent is set that you can lose protection of the law, have everything you worked for stolen and seized by the government, your families safety at risk, your freedoms restricted and possibly being outright imprisoned, and continue to be demonized and hounded until you die and your name and family name dragged with no expiration date in sight after your death.
All because you decided to say "I don't like what these people are doing." with your public face on.

People are conditioned in the West to think that when blacks struggle with anything its the fault of White people. So when you look at African countries its the fault of White people that Africans are incapable of even the basics of civilization no matter if Whites were only in there for less than a 100 years and the Africans were similiarly inept before their arrival.

They where just going to keep on going until he shot 3 of their troops and the court ruled it lawful self defense, pretty much sent the message of:
"the government might be letting you do it, but the people are gonna start going vigilante if you keep burning buildings"

I always felt the West Africans were the most likely to get their shit together and not be completely fucked up savages. Seems like that's slowly being proven the case with countries like Nigeria and Ghana. They had actual kingdoms and empires in the past so that seems to help.
Selling the weak and dumb tribes into slavery may not have hurt either...
If you go south of that it's all around really bad news. Congo is still probably the most fucked up, savage place on the planet these days.
