muh iridium spark plugs tho, copper is for peasants, only the most expensive will do for mama burnell's baby boy

EDIT: they convinced ppb that he needed new spark plugs because they had water damage, when spark plugs are literally airtight, or the internal park of internal combustion engine wouldn't be fulfilled. That's how they tried to get him on the spark plug wires, which I'm not convinced he didn't buy.
DSP probably took the car to the washers and got the full package, including engine cleaning, so there was a little water pooled near them it or something, bam, water damage.

This is the guy who felt he needed to justify buying a car as it being "a bahyer's mahrketh, there's no money dahwn, kahn't afford to pass on those low payments". Mechanics can smell people like DSP as they get towed into the shop.

EDIT2: BBS saying $550 to change a set of plugs, not just the components needed, still have to bull the old ones out, and on some cars, the set of plugs that face the firewall are real motherfuckers, so the $550 prolly includes the labor, just like a battery replacement will come with a fee if you want someone to do it for you, unless you have AAA and buy one from them, it comes with the exorbitant price of the battery (around $300 for an 09 impala) but they deliver the fucker to you and take the old one with them for the core, so you don't have to pay the stupid refundable core fee from autozone etc.
Its a Toyota Corolla, you basically pop the hood and they are right there.

Funniest part was where his dents gave him enough to buy it outright, then he gets a payment plan and pockets the rest. So that's the TV added to the list of big bills he's got coming up.
Do you think he will use the "TV bill" as one of the myriad of reasons why he's begging even months after he's already paid it off? I think yes.

You can actually start a car and remove the battery, and it'll keep running. It's not a good idea (puts a heavy load on the generator), but yes, the car will run with a basically dead battery if it is already running. If your car dies after unhooking the cables then you might have a bum generator (used to be called an alternator)
One would think so but not on Chrysler vehicles. They will not run without a battery connected in-circuit. In my case the battery was fairly new and defective in a way that the car saw no battery at all. I know fuck-all about cars but where I was working had a full mechanic shop that luckily helped me out and explained what was happening when it immediately shut off when the jumper cables were disconnected. They had to drive me to the Autozone.

Tips help the most right now.

Will his car even run with a dead battery after a jump? I learned the hard way a few weeks ago that that's a thing when my car's battery died at work. Dies immediately when the jumper cables are disconnected. Fuck Chrysler. Whoever thought that design choice was a good idea can burn in hell.
If your car dies when you disconnect the battery or the external source, then you have a bad alternator, a bad alternator can't recharge the battery, which causes the battery to spend it's charge, so it might initially look like its a battery problem.

Mmm, I didn't know they made them like that, that is complete bullshit, but it might be to protect some of the electronics in the vehicle (though that should be the job of the fuses), as the battery also helps in smoothing out the voltage, running the alternator by itself can cause some spikes in the system.

Fix It Again Tony owns Chrysler, so that was your first mistake

Or you have a Chrysler (Jeep, specifically in my case). To be clear, I don't mean a low battery that will still take a charge from the alternator, I'm talking about a dead battery that isn't seen by a charger or no battery at all. Some cars can not run with no battery. I'm pretty old and never knew that.

They can get wet from condensation when cars only do short journeys.

Phil never travels more than 5 miles from his house. I doubt that car gets a good proper run out where it gets warm enough to drive out condensation from the oil more than a few times a year.

Not sure why you all are speculating on his car. 99% of what he says is a lie so chances are none of what he said happened happened, and even then he would pay out the ass if told to by anyone at a mechanics because he knows nothing about cars, he defers to anyone with authority despite his big boy macho man persona. He couldn't tell a sparkplug from a buttplug.

Autism, where do you think you are?

Don't tell all these kiwifarters larping as the tappet brothers distract you from the fact that in 2022 Karyn Syde Phil crossdressed on the halloween trans-tacular marathon and spent 16 hours wearing a red sundress and blond womans wig.
That was the DSP Troon Tribute show celebrating their defeat over KiwiFarms.

We really believing Critikal is not being sent things about Phil right now?

I didn't see this posted but the link functioning isn't working so maybe someone has and I just missed it the last two pages.

Charlie maybe be oblivious to alot of dsp lore. But two of the guys on his podcast are knowledgeable enough/lolcow fans to give him the heads-up the least the gist of what he needs to know.

Plus recently he's been dragged for being uninformed drama wise and out of the loop so moving forward no doubt he gonna be on his game.

While I'd prefer Metokur. We know that's not gonna happen. Charlie a good "neutral" pick. But also the dude has amassed 10 million sucbribers on YouTube and a huge twitch following by becoming a reactionary creator. His audience is the same sort of people Phil believes is damaging his reputation.

What really separates penguinz from Phil's detractors. At least in Phil's logic. Charlie goes on stream and reacts to streamer drama more often than not he's wrong, and again misinformed. Nuggets of Truth™️ type shit. Routinely he gets called out for that. Half the shit that comes out his mouth is just emotionally opiniated or shit he saw on Twitter/in his chat. His own fanbase dosent even deny that. It's a meme in his world about him having the worst and most uniformed takes on situations and people.

Phil only sees the 10m subscribers. Not the sort of bullshit that helped amass that number.

I'm not saying Charlie a bad dude. His content was good early on. Battlefield fun tactics were the shit. Just the guy he is now is more often than not perpetrating the same sort of bullshit in other communities, that Phil himself is so sick of in his own.

It's a buyers market for financed TVs dood. He'd be stupid to pay for something outright when he needs that money for his bills RIGHT NOW. You'll understand when you're a mature adult like Phil.
