The new one works by taking someone's tweets with the most replies, and basically banning everyone who has replied to that particular tweet. So they'll take, say Tucker Carlson's tweet with the most tweets and ban everyone who replied to it, then they will find JK Rowling's tweet with the most replies, and ban all of those people, etc.

Pretty sure he got this idea from his origin country of China where it's still mandatory to do a test every 24h if you want to do pretty much anything. So take the legally mandated jabs, then take a test every single day or you're exiled from society and deemed a threat unless you start doing them again.
