Edit: i forgot to add for those tourist that dont open videos, during the downtime Holostar lost their main manager Shinove, the main rrat is that he got poached by another company to get their own male vtubers branch, probably Sony, i was surprised during his goodbye Twitter Space about how much he helped Hololive JP and several of them including Miko and Fubuki were present

I’ve been doing fine. Whilst I did not specifically touch grass whilst watching my Oshi. I did however go outside and visit a science exhibit had animals and shit, saw an actual real life Serval, was very comfy.

Also clip tax, nice clip of my Oshi.

He was getting his ass beat, malded quite a bit, and then just ended it and deleted it. He's been going through it lately with his diagnosis and then dropping the bomb yesterday that a fan apparently called his number in the past.

Only for us to find out in the future that he works in a company with no relations to vtubing.

Managing is not that different in the entertainment industry, i do think he got poached for how the culture of the industry is there, he probably got pouched by a music company or if we follow the rrat another vtuber company that has more money that Cover (that would reduce the scope to Sony or Pony Canyon)

Or worse and pulling the maximum rrat my body can muster he got poached by Vshoujo

Like is not completely impossible they are a new company prolly looking to build their support infrastructure, specially if they plan to get more JP talents eventually, and seem to have money to throw around, he also would have little reason to say no unless he personally had any personally bad experience with Rushia/Kson, but most likely we would never know where he is sice he prolly wont be a public figure anymore.

Since no one has (surprisingly) said this already, Miyu Ottavia will be graduating this month on Sunday, November 27th. I suspect (if I'm remembering things correctly) that it's a result of her completing her business degree and wanting to move on with the next stage in her life. This will make her the first ex-ID to graduate, a branch that has honestly surprised me with how resilient its members are.

Also, glad the site is back (again). The only place to have a level-headed discussion of vtubers that also allows past-life discussion (without said discussion being the dominant topic).

So much has gone by it'd be hard to mention every single thing. Nice to be back even though many are now over at the other place.

I'm sure someone here will post the Nyaru stuff over the last few weeks where she got popular due to cosplaying her model and a few weeks later carving a certain emoji as a pumpkin and accidentally showing her face at the start of the stream whilst dressed as Gura but for me, let's post this for now.

So here's Lia who recently brought back her old twitter account (it's renamed and locked now sadly), allegedly posted in /vt/'s Phase Connect general to get people to look at it and even pointed people to her alt YouTube where at one point she promised to do a CWC deep dive stream because fishman won't let her do a part 2 as Lia.

The video link to above got taken down which made people question if fishman talked her out of using the alt, or if she decided it wasn't a good idea (although Pippa also has an alt, but is currently inactive). For anyone thinking fishman has changed his mind and approved another CWC stream (would be nice with a Pippa collab), it has not appeared on her schedule this week.

A good reminder to also bring up a recent controversy involving that group.

So according to YouTube's Streamy Awards, the only vtubers that matter are CodeMiko and four others who are in the same group as each other....

Zentreya later backed out over being nominated, due to the uproar over the awards itself.

Connor stepped in after a lot of people used the announcement to crap on vshojo, and accuse them of working with the Streamy awards to deny worthy streamers an award.

Despite it being free to enter and not one of those "pay to win" awards, the organisers didn't bother reaching out to vtubers and their agencies if they wanted to participate.
