Does anybody know if Chantal applied for a VISA to be there? Or does she know she has to apply for one? I just did a quick google search, "Canadian citizen travel requirements to Kuwait", or something like that. And just like something off of 90 fiance, one would only be allowed to be in the country for 90 days (3 Months like she said). I couldn't find any information if you have to be in possession or prove you are exiting the country before your visa is up, such as showing your entry tickets and exit tickets to the customs officer. According to https://travel.gc.ca/destinations/kuwait#entryexit, you can apply for a tourist visa upon arrival. I could not find any information on how long it takes to process, what information is required and what happens if the tourist visa gets denied. But GETTING the visa is still a big deal. Because don't you have to have a sponsor, like person, or a POC to put down on the application paperwork?

According to both the Kuwaiti & Canadian governments she could apply for an e-visa OR wait until she got to Kuwait & get one on arrival. Call me a craven coward but there's no way I'd NOT get one in advance.

Exactly my point. Did she take time to do the research on this? Probably not. If she is waiting until she gets there to apply, she still has to wait for it to be processed and depending on the information she puts on there, she could get denied and turned back around. During processing she will be in an immigration/customs holding area. Also, she might be required to list a Kuwaiti citizen as a sponsor on her VISA application. So I am very interested to see this plays out.

Sorry for the not including this in my last post, I couldn't get the edit to work. Yes, she DID say in one of her posts that she filled out the paperwork for the visa online. Now we all know that Chantal lies but she did actually address this and actually said that it was easy. I wish I could remember which stream it was.

Looks like we have nothing to fear on the fast food front. Maybe Chantal won't stick out so much after all.
After a quick Google search, I found that there are even Tim Hortons locations in Kuwait. And here I was worried she would starve to death--or worse, have to eat something nutritious for once.

Why no selfie of the happy couple once settled & where it would be appropriate to take a picture? Nothing?
Well, we’ve been asking this for the last 2 weeks -why didn’t Salad ever post a video saying they were engaged? Or show up on a video chat during a LIVE? The 5 seconds in her chats where he barely spoke to her or left without saying goodbye proved nothing.
If she did go, she’s dumber than I thought.
Now the question. How long can her VIB’s last without an update? Marissa may harm herself over this.

Not to mention that in her last live where he appeared in chat and answered a few VIB's, he did not answer or even acknowledge the 2 VIB's that typed to him in arabic? He ignored those. Interesting. Almost as if he didn't understand what they were typing to him. And she ended her live just after that.

I think it was the stream where she wore her pants on her head, she did say she applied for her visa online. She said it was really easy and it only took a day to be approved.

Basically for that long stay the moment she arrives she needs to go to the nearest police station and fill out a form detailing her address where she will stay date of arrival and date of exit, basic info like date of birth, passport number etc. And of course on departure day she needs to check out from that same police station.
I'm pretty sure this is the worldwide protocol for all people on long stay tourist visa.
If she does not there is a chance for customs officer to fine her for not checking in.

Isn’t this visa filing shit usually done before you head out to the airport?

That’s not how that works. That’s not how anything works.

I was expecting just a yes or no. I had a very busy day and I just got to bed in 5am. I saw Chantal was wearing a hijab while the farms were down.
Had I had more time I would have sat down reading this thread a bit, I don't use reddit or watch reactioners, this site is my primary source.
It would have cost you less time and effort in writing a simple answer than this, or not writing an answer at all.
If this site is your primary source then you'd know a question like that is frowned upon. There are kiwis that have worked hard to compile the info, especially when we've been down so long. You're expected to do the same diligence in reading up on it if you can't keep up in real time, not whine like a redditor needing their food spooned to them.

And stop responding like you're on youtube or reddit.
You’re fine, no need to explain. Ignore the controlling jackass.
Fuck off or LURK MOAR.
