It's not "hijacking" really, but it is most likely a BGP change. It's hard to say for certain, but on the face of it, it looks like the 1776 Solutions IP block isn't being reannounced by GTT. This can be for other reasons but... well, it's a high probability that it's for exactly the reason you think. It's possible this can be fixed by Terrahost by announcing it via Altibox (I'm not entirely sure why this isn't already being done, but I don't know what their network looks like). That would announce the route via Level 3 & Cogent, which should reach most if not all of the internet (unless those providers already are blocking any such announcement).

Some providers are still able to reach the site because Terrahost is in multiple IXs and has peering with a lot of other ASs like Hurricane Electric, which, if your ISP uses them for transit, would allow you to access the site. I can access the Farms from Frantech's network in the US for example.
