@Ancani I'm so sorry you thought this was all over to get this out of the blue, I'd do what @AnOminous said contact the DA incharge of Nicks case an let them take it from there.

If I was you though I wouldn't feel to worried about it my Dear, he has sent this at the wrong time and it will speak towards his character you are on record as not wanting any contact with him and he's harassed you for a long time, when the DA get's wind of this they will undoubtedly inform the judge and it won't bode well for him. If you want a pleasing mental imagine this "He's already got a knife in his gut in the form of the mandatory sentence he's going get at the least, you have happened upon him laying on the ground already in a pool of his own blood your just going to twist the knife so the wound wont close and rub a little dog shit into it so he suffers just that bit more".

@Ancani doesn't know what's in it. It could be just Nick telling her about his situation. Or it could be part of his stupid "quest for reciprocation." Or even something that shows he's still a danger to society. The best course of action regarding that letter is what the others have been saying -- give it unopened to the DA.

One letter maybe isn't harassment. One letter from someone who hasn't stopped talking about, singing about, and drawing about doing stuff to the recipient despite knowing that she wants no part of it, fuck yeah that's harassment. The local weekly penny saver doesn't write shit smeared horror erotica about/to its recipients and it at least has a use and purpose.

Anybody who's been stalked knows you don't just "throw that thing in the trash and don't worry about it".

So me and some of the other forum members went to Nick's trial (and the people I was with looked exactly like their forum icons too), and when Nick was found guilty he started building up with rage until he started glowing and went full Super Saiyan (or as his form was called "Master Batian". Not even joking.)

Anyway, the whole courthouse was blown to smithereens during his transformation and then he went on a rampage shooting energy beams out of his hands and destroying every building/cop car/fighter jet/army tank in sight like in a Marvel superhero film and dismembering civilians one by one while it's all being broadcasted live on national television

He then summoned something like a Spirit Bomb in his hands and threatened that he would blow up the U.S. if Obama didn't give in to his demands, which were to legalize pedophilia and marry him to Anna. Flash forward to a parade being held in Nick's honor and TMBG singing "Here Comes the Bride" and a smoldering crater left in place of what used to be Kentucky.

It really is, and if she's already opened it, she should still send it.

Calling the prison is also a thing that should be done, if not by her, her mother/guardian. It's 100% possible for prisons to stop certain letters from going out. My best friend in lawschool used to work at a women's prison. They prevented certain letters from going in and out all the time. Certain women weren't allowed to write or receive letters from certain people, so someone had to intervene. Every single letter going in and out of prison is handled first by at least two prison workers. The first is by a non-prisonmate (a guard or authorized person) the second is either a non-prisonmate or an actual prisonmate who has been given mailroom privileges.

Telling the DA is important, but informing the prison you no longer want letters sent to you from Nick is also important.

Also, I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that anyone here that pretends to be one of Nick's victims to talk to him is scum and won't be praised for the content they can come up with; especially if it causes said victim problems later. If you're going to write to Nick, do it with your own name and your own address.

It's the only dream involving him that I've ever had so far, but I'm sure that if I master the art of lucid dreaming, I'm sure I'll have plenty more about Nick wallowing in his own self despair as he's about to have Bubba "doo some butt stuff" to him

You're right that it's a good time frame, but we've been spoiled by knowing precise arraignment and trial dates well in advance of their occurrence. It would be odd if those dates were made public while those for sentencing had restricted access.

Some counties seem to be better about timely updates than others. Lancaster probably uploads theirs via horse and buggy.

Every piece of a paper trail helps build a case against a stalker. Although dealing with the problem immediately causes grief, it prevents a lot less grief later on. Getting the DA and the prison involved with blocking further communications can help prevent Nick from receiving mail from weens posing as his victims and fueling his delusions.

Harassment is any contact after you have been told to stop (by the police in Nick's case) and you have no legitimate reason for contacting someone you have harassed for years in a predatory, sexually creepy way.

The fact that he can't even knock it the fuck off while behind bars is very indicative of his state of mind and likelihood of reoffense when released.

Called the prison's automated system to get his inmate ID and check if he's in the system. He is. The call is just me awkwardly trying to say the weirdest fucking naming ever to an automated system followed by going through the menu to hear his charges and get his prisoner ID. It's 151788.

This is the prison's site and the URL I'm giving you specifically lists mailing protocols. I was going to give the nigger a stamp so he could return mail me easier and wouldn't need to jerk off an inmate to get the 50 cents required to do so, but they don't allow you to send stamps because the prison requires inmates spend money there instead. I don't understand how that's legal but OK.

This could change at any time. I assume he's going to be sentenced 90 days out from the conviction, but I suppose it could happen sooner.

My personal opinion is he should die alone without any human contact but whatever, people will do what they want. There will be a long, long time for that anyway.
