Trannies are physically, mentally, and emotionally incapable of sustaining effort toward a goal for anything longer than a few months. If it cannot be achieved within that frame of time they will inevitably give up and turn the entire plan into a pity party about how the entire world rises up against them when in reality it was simply one angry obstinate retard willing to put in the work and time to counteract them purely out of spite.

I suspect this is also why so many of them fucking kill themselves, because things like GRS requires long planning and a commitment to walking a road of recovery, and it winds up not being simply stepping through a doorway where everything on the other side is simple and easy. They eventually can no longer maintain the charade or the rigor needed to keep their bodies healthy, then they see the absolute hackjob they’ve made of their lives and despair rightfully sets in.
