They must be getting desperate and scraping the bottom of the barrel as Haltdos has been in use at least since the attempted Zayo cutover (You can see it whenever you get a 500 error) and given the software is self hosted, it's questionable whether they can do anything about it. Haltdos does phone home to get a license but it's not clear whether that's periodic and whether the Haltdos people could uniquely identify Kiwi Farms in amongst all the other users.
Haltdos is a layer 7 application firewall and to suggest it's platforming this site really reveals how pea-brained the blockhead orbiters are.
