I think the comics are being intentionally misleading, Billy is saying it isn’t always a sexual thing or kink (Even though I have literally never seen it not be), it just happens to be a sexual kink thing for him where he traces actual toddlers for his art but that wouldn’t look good so he just doesn’t mention those parts in his comic and keeps anything incriminating vague.
As for Billy claiming it’s a personality trait in my opinion he desperately wants for it to be a protected characteristic similar to being trans where he can flaunt it with something like a pride flag and teach it to children in schools with impunity but can’t figure out how.
Anyway the fact he’s making so many comics about it lately it must really be getting to him.
Good, I'm glad it's bothering him. The general social consensus on his actions is that he's a pedo. The fact he's using so many words to try and slide by his very obvious sexual attraction to children is very PIE (UK group look them up, it's NAMBLA * 10), or Prostasia advocating for 'criminal justice reform for child sex workers'.
I'm not sure if anyone else has caught it, but from spending time around little kids, I recognize billy's bizarre smile immediately- it's chilling, if my theory is correct.
it's imitating a little kid's toothy grin. You know, the goofy smile where they're just excited to have their picture taken. So around age 3 or 4.
He dresses, also, in what you put a 5 year old kid in- colourful, dungaree dresses, tights and boots. Have we ever seen billy in like, jeans?
