The school board representing a biological male turned trans teacher, who wears massive fake prosthetic boobs, issued a letter of support for the teacher’s clothing and lifestyle.
The internationally ridiculed transgender controversy from Oakville, Ontario, went viral in September when students leaked videos of the shop teacher. Video depicted the biological male wearing “short shorts,” and a tightly worn shirt. The teacher’s fake nipples protrude through the shirt.
Critics said the teacher’s attire is inappropriate in front of students and makes a mockery of women.
But the school board ruled that establishing a dress code that singles out an identifiable group is grounds for discrimination and is allowing the trans teacher to dress as is.
“While the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal has acknowledged the ability of an employer to establish dress and grooming standards for the purposes of professional business, and health and safety reasons, the Tribunal has likewise acknowledged that an employer cannot establish standards which, in their application or administration, result in differential treatment on the basis of a protected ground.”
“Similarly, it is important to recognize the impact that dress code policies can have on members of the transgender community. Most notably, it is important for employers to make allowances to ensure that these employees are able to express themselves in accordance with their lived gender.”
