I think he expected better numbers on the election stream instead of the average weekly high it got
That would have been a bad expectation on his part, because not only is outside of his normal content but everyone was doing a stream that night, regardless if they were political shows or not, such as Metokur and Dame. I haven't watched Nick in a bit, but that's not really a Rumble thing, that's just how I'm normally with his content, if it's something I'm interested in like a specific trial or guest I'll watch but otherwise I can go a while without checking his streams.

Still wish the best for him, he seems like a good dude and anything that breaks up some of the single platform saturation would be good. Though with the economy I'm guessing even Youtube will see a hit in ad bucks.

"Information relating to private discipline, dismissed complaints and pending complaints is not available to the public except as authorized by Rule 20, RLPR."

Rule 20 particularly says "The files, records, and proceedings ... of any complaint or charge of unprofessional conduct against or investigation of a lawyer, shall be deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed, except: ... After probable cause has been determined under Rule 9(j)(1)(ii) or (iv) or proceedings before a referee or this Court have been commenced under these Rules".

So if they determine that there's probable cause or officially begin proceedings of an investigation, they're required to make it public.

I get being pissed (and rightfully so) when the troon brigade lies to attempt to get your license taken away. The PR Board are acting like faggots. Nick's gay rant is still gay though. Saying you're gonna meet them with a bullet is fucking retarded and you should just laugh at them for being the spineless cucks they are

Is there a dumber own-goal in law? Outside of Darrell Brooks?

By the letter of the law it looks like he made a booboo.

Considering he's done this, what, 5 times prior to Keffals, would suggest true troon power.

Kosher Salt already quoted it.

Ethics complaints cannot be disclosed to the public via Rule 20.

If, and only after, there is found probable cause to further investigate do the records become public.

There's very little caselaw regarding Rule 20, only 6 cases total, and every single one is discussing solely the prohibition of the state from releasing the names. A secondary source by the Minnesota State Bar Association also indicate that the prohibition is against the OLPR being the one to disclose the names to third-parties, not the complained of attorney. There may be CLEs or other secondary sources that indicate that this is also to be held against the complained of attorney, but no case says so generally or in regards to complaints that were summarily dismissed without investigation.

Those rules apply to the governmental agency, not to the lawyer being investigated. Nick is under absolutely no obligation to keep anything confidential that the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility sends him in the mail.

edit: I'll just fucking say it, it's complete bullshit. They're investigating him for hindering an investigation? There wasn't an investigation, unless they mean that publishing the names of complainants would have a chilling effect on potential investigations. But they're required by law to do that anyway if there actually is an investigation. So there's no chilling effect.

I see.

Guess this is similar in concept to the Gunt waiving his privilege when he blabbed about how he consulted with Nick, except here there is a third party (the board) still bound by confidentiality. Nick's pretty good at covering his ass, so I doubt he's blatantly violate MN rules if those confidentially rules also bound the complainant and the lawyer, too.

This could shape up to be pretty fucking funny, then.

There are very few instances when something that you receive in U.S. postal mail, addressed to you personally, doesn't belong to you and can be disclosed at your personal discretion if and whenever you wish. I actually can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be yours to disclose or not, unless you're under some type of pre-existing NDA with the other party to the communications.

Anyway, the board is an agency of the Minnesota state government, and any action they take in their official capacity is subject to constitutional review.

I just waiting for someone to go "Y-yeah, he said he'd meet them with a bullet but he totally didn't mean he'd shoot anyone! He really meant this unrelated thing!" like with his "against the wall" comment.

He was just going to give them a bullet, in this economy that's a pretty generous gift!

The reason Nick got shit numbers on his election stream is competition. Mindset had announced at least a week ahead he was doing one, as did Lawgic, as did Viva. Heck, people could see Faran on news.net, which is real TV (in some markets), and Barnes for a bit on Infowars. So there was competition for guests and a lot were already booked. So what are you left with? Lady Rackets and "Producer" Tim as your a"A"-listers on your panel?

Big oof there buddy.

Legal Mindset's coverage was on point. Very good stream. Meanwhile Nick had his dopey wife on who brings nothing to the table when discussing serious issues.

Good. I hope he gets disciplined. The dude could use an ego check.

"Republicans need to promise to legalize weed to win another election."

It's a state issue at this point you stupid fuck.

What a stupid take. Stick to talking about jamming toys in your wife you moron.

And now it's muh guns.

This faggot is as much an out of touch boomer as Scott Adams.
He's talking about Minnesota republicans, you dumb nigger

Imagine how much cocaine his nose can inhale.
wow
Imagine that nose and how it could obliterate a mountain of cocaine in an instant. Holy fucking shit, not even Tony Montana could snort up the cocaine equivalent of the Appalachian mountains that giant Jew nose could horf up in a literal instant.

Keep that fucking man away from my cocaine!

I like Nick saying ‘you needed x law thing ready in 2020’ when Republicans did have those things.

They filed before the election, it was too early, they filled after it was too late.

And Nick should lnow this because he bitched about the bs as it was happening.
