oh shit, good looking out. it's one of these deals! i know of some in the NYC area but it's not surprising that it's all over now
these programs are typically scraping the bottom of the barrel, talent-wise, because anyone who is moderately employable as an educator will find more fulfilling/better-paying employment just about anywhere else. to be honest i don't really even care about this guy's weird history so i don't know the specifics of why he got booted from teaching in florida, but if he really has a valid license and experience then it is quite telling that his only option is a "fellowship" in which you seem not to perform any actual planning, instruction, or assessment, which is like... what you do as a teacher.
