Full name is Artemis Tosini. Twitter is SnepOnSecurity. I won't say from where I know him but I can provide some details and fun facts about him.
  • He said he had Asperger's or autism, can't remember which one, but he would unironically flap his hands.

Its only because they've been fucking with the English language for decades. The western concept of rights apply to all human beings, regardless of self identity. Adding a qualifier (women, trans, LGB, etc.) to a right us just a political tactic to imply the group of people advocating for such a thing is being oppressed when they're not. That's why lefties get so bothered by men's rights activism, because the existence of MRA's implies that men are somehow being oppressed which is wrong-think in progressive culture. If abortion were an enumerated right, it would apply to everyone, but nobody advocates for "men's right to an abortion" because it makes them sound like a loon to both sides. Trans-abortion advocacy is functionally the same thing, but adding the "trans" qualifier triggers everyone's cognitive dissonance and is therefor socially acceptable.

If it was someone who deserves the benefit of the doubt, someone who I would be inclined to believe, I would say that it makes sense if you're taking their claims at face value. Trying to explain to someone that it wasn't rape a consent accident, because who could have known the other person would be triggered by dog hair, how it wasn't intentional, and maybe stop accusing me of rape because I had dog hair on my jacket - I very much get that. I'm certain the consent accident victim is a total lolcow themselves - they'd have to be, to want to have anything to do with Fong-Jones directly.

But this isn't someone who gets the benefit of the doubt, it's Liz Fong-Jones. You can do searches with exact time frames in some search engines.
For example, I recommend googling for Nov 2, 2019 to Nov 20, 2019 (incident reportedly happened on the 3rd, Dong tweeted on the 21st and the victim talked about it probably some time in between).
