They know the cheating apparatus in Arizona and Nevada and have known about it for years yet the AZ governor, AG, and congress did nothing to stop it. Nationally McConnell and McCarthy did everything possible to kill MAGA Republicans at every turn. In Arizona in 2020, McConnell pumped 70+ million dollars into McSally's campaign, Masters got 9 million and they are both going to lose by about the same percentage. McCarthy was putting out ads in Washington saying Joe Kent was Hitler. John Gibbs won the primary in Michigan and no one from the NRCC called or even offered support for him. Chuck Schumer and national Democrats put over 60 million dollars into trying to defeat Marjorie Taylor Greene, a seat she won by 21 points.

Now that they make a massive, decades in the making win on the issue, the whine about it making things more difficult - rather than using it to encourage enthusiasm with the base with "look what we accomplished!"

The worthless fucks really want to keep campaigning like it's the mid-2000's on tax cuts and corporate libertarianism, rather than confronting the actual difficult social issues we're facing and fighting to win on those.

No fucking shit. An "irregularity" could be anything, every election ever has "irregularities". That could mean... literally, anything but a perfect ballot. For example, if you decide to vote for all other offices, but ignored the Presidential vote out of disgust? That would be an "irregularity". Or if you forgot to write the date by your signature... that would be an "irregularity".

While there is some merit to the idea that the GOP doesn't want to be holding the hot potato economy, the fact that it's reason #2 to handicapping MAGA really takes the value out of it. After all, if it were #1, the GOP could have lost the House and Senate, but win Governorships and other State offices instead. That could have been secretly sold as a tactical retreat, do some kayfabe, and then the Feds fuck up hard on... every issue. That will generate the crisis needed for a 2024 Red Wave, which matters more than the Midterms.
