This makes no fucking sense to me, as that would contradict the most obvious least schizo explanation of "one of the russian rockets got shot down by AA and remains of it fell into Pooland".
Russia launched about 100 rockets late Tuesday, Ukraine reports shooting down 70.
And when a rocket gets shot down, it does not always disintegrate, sometimes hit is indirect, damage is like nozzle gets fucked up, and it flies off somewhere uncontrollably.

The village is like half a kilometer at closest point from the ukrainian border, and Lvov region was attacked, here's map from Al-Jazeera:

Saw a post on YouTube where Polish journalist claims that the rocket in question is X-101/Kh-101, according to his source, expert at the scene. I'm waiting for something more concrete.
