He keeps saying he wants to be medicated. They'll happily knock him out with Seroquel. I wish someone in that courtroom had a tranquilizer dart to shut him up.

Nice bait, here's your referral. Why is everyone so mad at this guy? He just did what we all think about. Parades are fucking stupid anyway. This guy rules and is in fact a real-ass dude
Yes, duhIs there a difference between doing each sentence back to back and doing each sentence together?
Yeah. 3x10 year counts. Consecutive would be 30 years total and concurrent would be ten years. Bear in mind brooks has been tried for multiple counts before. He has to know what these mean.Is there a difference between doing each sentence back to back and doing each sentence together?
If you have a 10 year, 15 year, and 20 year sentence, and you serve them concurrently, you’ll be out (at maximum) 20 years. If you have those sentences but consecutively, you’ll be serving 45 years (minimum)Is there a difference between doing each sentence back to back and doing each sentence together?
I had Fentanyl is cheap, plentiful, and easily obtained. He keeps saying he wants to be medicated. They'll happily knock him out with Seroquel. I wish someone in that courtroom had a tranquilizer dart to shut him up.
Nice to see Nick Mullen has a KF accountWhy is everyone so mad at this guy? He just did what we all think about. Parades are fucking stupid anyway. This guy rules and is in fact a real-ass dude
Why is that even an option? Is there any incentive to choosing consecutively rather than concurrently at all? I assume concurrently has different treatment in prison, right? If you have a 10 year, 15 year, and 20 year sentence, and you serve them concurrently, you’ll be out (at maximum) 20 years. If you have those sentences but consecutively, you’ll be serving 45 years (minimum)
imo wantant suffering is pointless. take him out back, put a bullet in his head, stick him in an unmarked grave. job done in 5 minutes.I get that there's an intense desire by many, for whatever reason(s), to keep him alive and in a permanently-controlled state of existence until he dies. I don't really understand that desire, considering as humans, we either normalize whatever pain and suffering we go through, or off ourselves. Yeah, it'll suck for him for awhile, especially since it sounds like he'll be heavily restricted and barred from accessing the prison's internal economy, commissary, etc, but eventually he'll get used to it.
Instead of nonsensical, abstract sentencings where a judge rules that they should receive multiple-multiple lifetimes in prison, why not just expose them to a lethal dose of radiation? The sort that kills within weeks, if not months. Not only a lethal dose, but have them kept alive for as long as they remain cognitively-functional, too. Spending a month or three confined to a bed, skin melting off and organs failing one after the other sounds like an excruciatingly-long death sentence that allows for a good deal of reflection on how they got there.
For those wanting intense suffering to befall the perpetrators of heinous crimes, I'd think that'd at least satisfy them. And give a nice divide between those actually wanting perpetrators of heinous crimes to suffer, and those just weak at the knees over sharing some slight burden over those sorts being put down.
Maybe somebody should run over that jaigaboo's kids but he'd probably won't feel a fucking thing.Judge stopped him at 2hrs on the nose, she already has what she needs and he didn't convey anything special. She's knows what she was going to do today and probably has since the verdict has been read. The state going over his 20 year crime (and breeding) spree was a clutch move showing other judges have let him off and he did the same shit over and over again.
1000 years or Waukesha riots.
As did I, but perhaps the period of extended supervision lasts until death.I thought minimum for 6 murder counts was life each.
