Personally, although I do think Brooks is as racist as any of posting here on KF, I don't think it was racially motivated his attack. It was just he got cucked out of beating a woman to death and was extremely upset about it and took it out on a bunch of helpless people who looked happier than he could ever be. End of story.

Even with judicial errors (Outside of dismissing evidence like he has an identical twin who's the actual one with the record and at the wheel, burden of proof is always on the state), this retard is irrevocably guilty.
