As ideas go being against fascism is a good ideal. Fascism is bad and the cause of a lot of awful things in our history. Let's not repeat history.

But antifa is a bunch of masked, armed, violent thugs. They think everything is fascism, even women expressing an opinion that according to multiple surveys over the couple of years is actually a mainstream opinion. Pew research survey from 2022 on trannies. - the majority think trannies should have the same opportunities as normies as far as housing, jobs, and medical care, but they shouldn't be allowed to invade women's spaces. A whole ton of Democrats feel that way, though the percentage is lower than Republicans and Independents. It's worth reading in full, very eye opening.

According to antifa everything that is different from the slate of far-left progressivism is automatically fascist. The solution to people who don't think like they do is to do violence upon them, which is a little known chapter in "how to win friends and influence people": if at first you don't succeed beat your opponent until he agrees you're right.

So if antifa is good and everything else is evil, and Kiwi Farms does not adhere to progressive opinions, then ipso facto, Kiwi Farms is evil and must be destroyed. All cops are similarly evil because sometimes they do bad things.

It's a very black and white view on the world, and because the original rationale is logically correct then people on the left and middle automatically accept them. But they don't actually know what they do, because then they would largely reject the whole idea.

The whole crux of the TRA movement is taking ideas and statements that almost everyone agrees on, and then gradually changing and widening the scope of the definitions so slowly that nobody notices (or if they do notice, accuse them of being against the original, normal idea).

It works extremely well in leftist spaces where people are encouraged to trust and listen to the "most marginalized" among them. In these spaces becomes almost impossible to call out sociopaths and predators, as long as those sociopaths and predators have high verbal intelligence and the ability to manipulate others using their own marginalized identity.

That's how ideas like "fascism is bad" and "we should be kind to others" morphed into a crowd of "antifascists" enthusiastically supporting the gyrating moobs guy as he screamed abuse at a bunch of middle-aged women who wanted to hold a meeting.

Only partly agree, because some of them were engaging in depravity to the same extent but had the sense to keep it under wraps, specifically meaning Ernst Röhm and the SA. Never mind later even worse perps like Dirlewanger. They weren't so much standing up against street violence as engaging in it more competently while managing to make it look good.

You could also argue that for the most part the Nazis just wanted to be in power, and to that end they targeted groups that would most successfully evoke disgust among middle-class Germans. A theoretical fascist or fascist-lite party in America would pick different groups and probably wouldn't use the homosex angle, because Americans these days don't give enough of a shit about sexual minorities.

Then again, if the queer theorists keep pushing more and more drag queen stripper acts into elementary schools, maybe they can turn that around! You can do it guys, I believe in you.

Depends on the person thinking about playing stupid net tricks. An otherwise normal person who has lead an otherwise boring life might find kiwi attention to be embarrassing and uncomfortable. But if they've got Fong-Jones levels of crazy, then airing their dirty laundry could be a whole lot worse.

Everyone's life is something of a rabbit hole. it's just that most of them go to normal rabbit places. Others open up into dark, terrible places filled with detailed dilation diaries and consent accidents.

Even a troon can decide their kinks are better kept behind closed doors. It's probably a solid bet that if Fong-Jones hadn't trooned out, there would still be the consent accidents, the trying to lure people to gay bath houses, the open racism, the narcissism, and the inability to take a shower and brush his teeth on the regular that's so grotesque about him. He's a terrible person taking advantage of (sort of) socially acceptable ways to act out his terribleness and inflict it on acceptable targets so he can be praised for it.

Lots of people started posting hot takes about all the latest DIE bullshit, sustainability, bug-eating, whatever, while the platform itself began implementing all those genderspecial options and "opinion shaping" you see on other sites. It used to be you could get useful and informative articles, from SME directors and people who actually understood their field, but now it's just a constant push of political bullshit and recruiter messages.
