I'm always amused when I find a section of a thread that has devolved into only slightly reined in chaos. Because the subjects of these thread usually read them and I know it must make them seethe to see people here having fun while not talking about them. Waving the "personal choices" flag for people who due to mental illness and financial downturn are in a desperate situation and want to end their lives when ending their lives is the only option the state has for them, and not only the state is not providing the means for them bettering their lives -as they have a right for as taxpayers- but actively colluding with financial cartels and megacorporations in worsening their lives is disingenous, cynical and makes me MATI.

I know the average american mind is unable to process this and will wave the freeloaders, the Chantals, the Chris chans and the Kevin Gibes as decisive arguments against the welfare system without taking into consideration how many of these cases are actually the end result of a lack of, or failure of, a proper welfare system, be it on the matter of education, public (mental) health or whatever.

But just to reiterate my past point, I've seen a handful of lolcows stop posting online, and what do you know: Their threads have had practically nothing else to work with, other than revisiting some old blunders. IIRC, when Keffals's phone and computer got confiscated, there wasn't much new discussion outside of pure speculation. So it's totally possible for this thread to sharply decline in activity, though we all know that as a very serious "content creator", going offline is literally impossible.
