Not sure where else to talk about this, but I was discussing why all these politicians and journalists are still going on about the events/attacks that occurred on Jan 6th, even though that discussion has been exhausted to death.

The reason being that it was something that happened to one of our nation's most important and iconic monuments, and trying to downplay what happened is doing a grave disservice to our country's capitol, and it won't be something that people will forget anytime soon, because of the meaning behind the buildings and the like. It's not exactly something that gives people all that much confidence in the safety of our nation, and it's simply disrespectful to not properly condemn the people behind it, what with the images of our most important monuments and structures being vandalized, and our politicians being scared out of their wits and forced to hide and the like.

Holy run-on sentence, But no, that has very little to do with it. The general populace, the right as a whole, and almost a majority of the left -do not care- about J6.

I don't know about you, I don't think we should have octogenarians as president
Normally I'd agree and it's always a risk he could decline a la Reagan, but for now Trump is surprisingly cognizant and lucid, and imo he was cheated out of a second term that would have ended before that point so we might as well let him take his chances. Hopefully he is smart with his VP pick so worst case maybe his brain short circuits mid term and we get President Lake.

I don't think the Capitol is one of the top 5 monuments in DC, and it's not one of the top 10 in the US.

1. Washington Monument
2. Lincoln Memorial
3. Vietnam Memorial
4. Jefferson Memorial
5. White House

US-wide, I'd place before the Capitol the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the World's Largest Ball of Twine.

As for politicians being scared out of their wits and forced (by the Capitol Police) to hide, that will never not delight me.

Now do the burning of courthouses and entire blocks of cities while law enforcement and the national guard was told to stand down.

Do mobs of chanting anarchists, communists, anti-American agitators, and outright terrorist groups marching through the streets while the politicians cheered them on.

Do leftists jumping into the vehicles of conservative politicians and the capital police just standing there.

Do the harassment of conservative politicians while they are out with their family by screaming mobs threatening to kill them.

Do the public demands that a child be raped done by leftist politicians and celebrities.

"Riots are the voice of the unheard." - US politicians days before Jan 6.

In closing: Eat a dick.

our politicians being scared out of their wits and forced to hide and the like.
Politicians not being scared out of their wits and thinking they're better than their constituents is what got us to this shitshow to begin with.
If anything, a politician who is scared is a politician who won't fuck around. The entire country saw exactly how pathetic each and every single one of them was on that day.
Everything after that is no different than a school-yard bully trying to act tough after flinching like a bitch when the kid he was bullying turned around to hit him.

I just wish he actually showed us the data. Like what constitutes a bot? Is it Twitter made (before Musk came into the picture), government made, etc. (as in where is it coming from)? Is majority of Twitter nothing BUT bots? You know, things like that.
He can't show some of that data, because the second he does, the DNC will improve their bots.

But if I had to guess, there's probably some code, maybe something subtly added in the past week or two, that tracks who clicked on a poll and how they got there. If the bots weren't updated, they'd stick out like a red flag on the logs by having this part invalid or missing. At which point it's just a matter of recording IP addresses and Account names, and seeing if you can identify a pattern to how they signed up / access the site, and purging the shit out of them.

My brother in Christ, never apologize for your hatred of the communists and neo-marxists. It is right and just to hate them for they are enemies of Christ and Christendom and God willing shall be defeated and expunged from this earth either before or on Judgement Day

While this is true, it's not just Christians who are treated as disposable enemies by Communist nations. They're perfectly willing to kill large numbers of Confucianists (China), Buddhists (Cambodia, China, again), Animists and Muslims (most African commie regimes) and yes, Christians (all of the above, plus USSR, Eastern Europe). Communist regimes have a special hatred for Christianity because Christians believe morality comes from God, not the State, and that unjust laws should be opposed either actively or passively. They also kill joblots full of Atheists and Communist true believers, either because they're on the wrong side of a doctrinal split or to solidify their political grasp or for no reason at all. Many of the Russians who passed through the gulag system were fervent communists who had been picked up for such terrible crimes as travelling to a city without the proper passes, trying to keep back enough food to not starve during the winter, or simply because the system had imposed a quota for arrests and they happened to be there. If Stalin only knew about the camps he'd never let this continue, they'd insist as they were worked to death or led out to a brick wall stained with blood and pieces of skull and brain fragments to make their contribution to a Glorious Socialist Future.

Communism as a theory and in practice is the enemy of humanity,

Man, I'm grim and apocalyptic today, aren't I?

Christendom is just communism lite. Communism is just taking the all the weird fetishes of Christcuckery especially the oppression olympics and cranking it to MAX. Christians only see it as a threat because their Jewish overlords have a new ideology that's more efficient with the subversion and destruction of an enemy. From maybe 2-3 centuries (average being 250 years for the civilization) to ~1 lifetime for destruction with Communism over Christcuckery. Normally after a collapse with Christcuckery comes Islam too keep the ruin and disarray at a constant.

This is just too stupid and disorganized to take seriously or argue against. Don't worry, buddy, Communists kill stupid people right alongside the smarties.

And how long before we hear about folks wanting our world to turn into prison world and that being a good thing because”the problems plaguing the country will solve themselves” ?

Reminder: Capital Hill Autonomous Zone. It existed.

Bush had to wait until Trump era, about 17 odd years later for all of a sudden, for leftists and shitlibs to suck his cock and love him.

Another reminder: Bush said that he would be vindicated by history. Said it nonchalantly, as if a fix was in, set to go off after the heat died down.

Remember what they tried to take from us

Edit - I can't help but feel like Elon did this as a much deserved "fuck you" to sleepy Joe

Small victories, I'll take them. I'll never forget the image of Joe Biden looking at his watch at the memorial funeral; 13 and countless more all for this establishment, glass cathedral.

These are encouraging numbers, but the GOP is going need to eventually accept the fact that mail-in, early voting, and ballot harvesting aren't going anywhere and learn how to beat the Dems at their own game.

This is a messaging failure on the GOP's part.

Call Ballot Harvesting what it is. "Do you support or oppose having political activists vote on behalf of people who otherwise would not have voted?"

Yes, some of it is "hey I'll drop it off for you." But some of it is also "hey you're not voting right, can I have your ballot then?" And the fact that the latter happens invalidates any acceptable use of the former. And "would otherwise not vote" also covers people who are too lazy to drop off their ballots.

I'm sure there are better ways of messaging this. But every leftist I've used the "vote on behalf of people who otherwise would not have voted" phrasing has lost their goddamned fucking minds on me, so I think it hits home harder than they would like.

Apparently, ballot harvesting in some capacity is legal in a majority of states. The outlier being Alabama who specifically has a law that says the voter must turn in their ballot. The focus on "stolen" elections needs to die and instead we all need to look to the future. IE, we need a federal level standard of how voting is conducted. If not, Republicans in general should learn to adapt faster to exploit this by any means necessary.
