Predators and deviants- especially sexual ones- always find each other and congregate. It's partially social, as humans are evolved to be herding creatures, and partially because they trade resources, material, and victims around. All in all, associating with other predators is beneficial and helps a predator get better at it. The reason why this man knows so many other trannies is that as fellow sexual deviants, they are able to trade materials and communicate ideas and concepts that would be highly disturbing and inappropriate to a comparatively 'normal person, and would result in that 'normal' person withdrawing from further social contact. The end result are echo chambers where inappropriate behaviours are not merely tolerated, but are encouraged and constantly evolving to become ever more extreme.

Everyone says "have a nice day" "thanks you too" in casual interactions like customer service. It's not a woman thing. Not understanding it may be an autist thing, however.
I'm taking about the people who tack on things like "babe", "sweetie", "hon" at the end of those comment, not the "have a nice day" itself. Those are very common here in the south and really only said by women. Waitresses do it to men because men think they're really calling him babe and it gets them better tips.

If a southern woman in your life hates your guts, you'll probably never know it. Southern polite is definitely a thing. If you watch Gone With the Wind you see a good depiction of this idea in the interactions between Scarlett and Melanie (the wife of the guy Scarlet thinks she loves). It's a bit overacted to get across to the audience that Scarlet hates Melanie, but that's the gist of the idea.
