It's not about how someone looks - it's how someone makes that person feel.

We don't know all the specifics - but it looks like Ross was a pretty drama free guy and that Holly absolutely craves drama and she 100% got that with Jared. With Jared - it was a secret, scandalous and forbidden relationship. They would flirt at work (the D&D shit) and it was, until the very end, great for her career to match.

Couldn't stop furiously bitching about the series he was ambassador for long enough to do anything with it. He also had an incredibly brief and unsuccessful acting career which crashed into a fiery mess with just as much speed.

Really the only thing that doesn't crash and burn despite his best efforts is LPing. A true accomplishment.

The guy who ran the Sonic Twitter account in the US was a big GG fan. He used to put up stuff from their LP's sometimes, along with lots of crazy fandom meme's in general. He somehow convinced Sega to hire Arin as an ambassador. I guess they weren't very happy when all they saw was Arin shitting on everything.
And now Elon Musk owns Twitter, so Arin would have had to quit anyway in order to keep his amazing integrity.

This is really random, but for some reason I had this random memory pop up of Arin telling a story about how he used to "sword fight" other guys using their penises as the swords. When he told the story he preemptively got super defense and said things like, "It's not gay we're just mature enough in our masculinity to do that." Did this actually happen or is it a product of my alcoholism?

I think he told this story when Jon was still on GG but hell if I know.

He also said he found a random post on 4Chan that might have been from one of the D Club members. The guy said he realized he was gay when two of the guys he was with started banging dicks together.

The Holly/Ross Saga continues with Ross making a statement on his Twitch. It's only 50 seconds long, but here's a quick summary:

Ross says the accusations are false and that he does not talk about his past relationship as he was severely emotionally abused for years. He has both witnesses and text messages to back this up. Holly is very mentally unwell and Ross asks that you would leave her alone and not to harass her on his behalf. He is considering all his options including legal action. It was extremely painful for him to be accused of something like this, he is still recovering, but he says he will be fine.

This is an interesting one as Holly is known for having mental breakdowns, and from the sounds of things the whole ProJared thing still weighs on her heavily even all these years later.

My guess is she used Twitter as a device to receive positive affirmation, and with a lot of Twitter users believing that Musk is taking the bird out back to get shot, she's not handling it well. Her "It was nice." tweet likely refers to Twitter and not the rape. So she might have saw this as her last chance. The question is, last chance to speak the truth, or last chance to garner sympathy.
