Can you tell us when this got sent ? An easy way to confirm or deny whether she sent it would be to try and correlate the time the mail was sent to period of social media activity. (e.g if she supposedly sent it and at the same time didn't post anything on twitter for 8 hours, then odds are she was sleeping.

Personal opinion: Debuts are not accurate in getting the vibe of a vtuber.

I watched all the Idol EN debuts and real good job for all of them. I really enjoyed Fuyo's opening bit and working with her gimick. I thought Juna had the best singing voice though I could not stop hearing Erina during her whole stream, which is a me issue granted. I hope they all find a good fan base and success. I wish I had the time and energy to watch them all but I can't even keep up with all of Phase Connect let alone all the other girls I enjoy.

Overall, with a point taken away because they could not redirect into the next stream for the life of them, I'd rate it 8/10 would head pat again.
