That implies you have the money and traveler's insurance to go to the US to cover the exponential costs. The cost of living for most prevents anyone from leaving the country. The ones going over the border have cash to spend. Ironically, most Americans get their healthcare and gas in Mexico, a place these people DIDN'T clamour to move to.
However Alberta and Saskatchewan are really the only right-leaning provinces. BC is worse than California (27% Chinese population, deal with that) and with some of the most ridiculous taxes in the country. Seriously even the iTunes TOS is different if you live there.
