I don't care much for Mormonism but I sincerely hope their members start taking some major precautions for the federal scrutiny/overreach that's about to happen. If this guy had been a member of my home church I would legit be burying my secondary backup archive in a yard.

The possibility of it being Mormon extremist terrorism is interesting, I feel like most Christian extremist terrorism in the US comes from evangelical critters (esp prolife extremists). Mormons seem to be more into diddling kids and forcing little girls to marry pedos old enough to be their grandfathers.

I guess any brand of religious extremist kool-aid has a chance of ending in terrorism.

And just like that the narrative completely collapses. By the end of the week this will completely be out of the news cycle, maybe replaced with a generic "we need to stop LGBTQIAP+++ from being killed" narrative that doesn't mention the shooting, maybe replaced with nothing.
