This is such a wild fantasy that it's more likely DSP would get a job than agree to do it in that format with Destiny of all people. These dudes obviously know nothing about him. This is on the level of people saying DSP should stream himself playing champions. Cool fantasy but zero likelihood of it ever happening.

I think the fact that Phil jumped straight to that implies that he didn't actually search for Metokur at all and is just parroting what the autistic mods he relies on to keep track of who hates him on the internet told him. Jim has been around a long time and talked about a lot of shit, 99% of it completely unrelated to Phil. He made whole video series on That Guy With the Glasses and weirdos on Tumblr and Deviantart, but only a couple videos making fun of Phil. He's really not a 'detractor,' the way you think of restreamers or guys like Snort Burnell whose main claim to fame is their DSP content. Maybe the closest comparison would be Memology 101 since he made detractor stuff before his channel blew up by doing more general news and politics stuff.

No idea why there's still people who take DSP at his word on the forum. DSP lies about everything and anything, even insubstantial random things you wouldn't expect anyone to lie about. The problem about DSPs lying is just that his lie quota is about 50%, so you can't just invert him.

That depends on which tantrum/subject/predicate you'd be referencing. What is 100% consistent is that anything he says or types will be retconned in whole or in part, at any point from within the same sentence, to decades later.

He's not worth the brain cells it would take to interpret his words as anything but auto-translated to their inverse. And the only exception to this rule are things he's too roomtemp to realize are wholeheartedly humiliating/horrible to posit in public. Like Mommie Dearest brushing his hair for him into his late teens & he imprisons his cat in his bedroom all night because he actually believes you can force kittycats into SLEEP. SCHEDULES.

That kind of stuff, truth. Any other instances of truth are only incidental, & then you still have to invoke his retcon principle.

I think the fact that he's giving away the idea he had. kinda speaks to the fact that he was already turned down by Phil regardless him waiting on a response.

Destiny is as autistic about Phil as anyone else here. Maybe not the level of some, like the pedantic nitpicky lil bits of piglore we gawk over. But hes more versed than critkal and arguably metokur. The premise here is formulated entirely in antithesis. You could go as far to say Destiny knows Phil so well he concated what would have been possibly the most hilarious happening in the last decade in the dspverse.

To be fair, that's not much of an achievement. Almost everything factual the dude said in the short dsp clip he made was wrong ("can't show dsp clips because banned by twitch" etc.). Only the assessment that DSPs brand is begging was on-point.

But yeah, wouldn't be surprised if Destiny lurks this thread occasionally, seems like he gets a kick out of DSPs dumbassery.

After last night’s CoD stream, I felt I needed to jump back into the detracting fun since the Dark Times began.

Watching the stream last night, I just kind of felt I was Dave at the end of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Excuses and complaints and terrible gameplay were flying past me like nebulas and galaxies.

I dunno if anyone else who has been playing this new CoD has been having a different experience, but, I’ve had the game for about three weeks now, and I’ve had maybe one or two matches (I just stick with 6 v 6 multiplayer) where there was noticeable lag. The connections for me pretty much across the board have been very fast and stable.
