I would love to see a prosecutor attack that angle though. Even the slightest amount of attention reveals that the idea of self-identification into a new "gender" is utterly ridiculous, which is why TRAs have spent years making discussion of it utterly forbidden. Now they're doing it themselves.

In a way I understand what the non-binaries are going thru with the rest of the LBGT. While they are trying to escape the assumption that because they wear dress they are woman the other side of their organization is trying to push the idea that they ARE a woman because they wear dress. In any case it is sad to see LGBTQ on LQBTQ violence. I truly hope the organization resolves their differences.

Nah, he's a fat failson who only decided he was nonbinary after being arrested, likely as a move to dodge hate crime charges

You're not the arbiter of who and who isn't trans. The rules are if someone says they're a gender cretin, you have to respect it or you will be fired from your job.
