The worst is combining it with alcohol which can nuke your liver with an alarmingly small combination dose. I think the dumbest thing anyone does is manufacture pills that also have codeine or some other weak opioid in them, because people end up taking insane doses of them to get off and nuke their liver. Why the fuck would you put those two in the same pill?
