In big parts of Europe Altibox might be liable if they take action on content on a website, as at least the EU has a strong net neutrality law that basically comes down to "thou shall not fuck with content transitting your network". Norway is not part of the EU, but has implemented a law that looks a lot like the EU law.

Altibox might be in bigger shit than this ugly troon chink spamming them on LinkedIn if they take action on terminating service to a network that is not even a customer of theirs. Jewsh seems to be a customer of Terrahost, and Terrahost is a customer of Altibox. In at least the EU if someone makes a complaint to the public prosecutor of the country they live in if a ISP suddenly decides to drop a site they don't like, it might even become a lawsuit from the public prosecution office to the ISP if the ISP takes action on content transitting their network without a order from a court.
