He was an AGP who trooned out? It makes me think of alcoholics who just cave, say 'fuck it' and resign themselves to drinking to death. There's a reddit community of unapologetic drunks who have made alcoholism their identity. That's what HRT and SRS often seems like to me, when a crossdresser just resigns himself to existing in a fantasy world and revelling in a fetish.

I know I made a post before expressing some sympathy for crossdressers, and individuals who are self aware enough to understand it's just a fetish, which divided people. One point was that it stands to be hurtful for the crossdressers wife or girlfriend. Crossdressing is a kind of narcissism and it's like introducing a third person into a relationship, I think the circumstances under which this fetish can be workable in a relationship are rare and entirely dependent on the individuals involved. The more narcissistic, abusive man is obviously more likely to escalate, push boundaries and troon out.

I'd understand any woman noping the fuck out if she learnt her partner was a crossdresser, why gamble it and wait and see whether you got somebody who'll secretly manage his fetish, or somebody who'll end up posting selfies in your underwear on Reddit.

I also think it's hard to express how insulting it is to turn your identity into a sexual fetish.. like woman = dumb tiddy bitch is the premise of agp. This guy is the perfect AGP stereotype. I'm not even kidding: his trip down the AGP lane was so textbook he even did the "I'm not trans, I just like wearing wigs and dresses" thing for a little while, before saying "ah, fuck it I'm trans now". He went through every stage, skipped none.

Which is a shame, because he had a very good snarky/deadpan delivery style and the voice to match it.
