This is a variant of the RFFF called the pedicled radial forearm flap (PRFF) in which the urethra of the fake dong is made from a modified vein of the forearm and then separated to reduce the chance of urethral obstruction by hair. Her transitioning is bad mostly because she's influencing so many youths and taking them down with her. If she didn't troon, she would simply find something else to be self-destructive about.

I doubt she'll get phallo. She might be confused but she still needs to work (assuming she can get hired after destroying her voice) and having a walking UTI isn’t conducive to 12 hour days on set. Plus, Ellen is rich and thus has the money and connections to get real plastic surgeons to level with her and be like, no, don’t do this. I know we talked about scars a lot but I am convinced there’s something about these patients that leads to poor healing. That’s a huge, very badly done and badly healed scar for the hysterectomy . Someone compared it to a c se tion scar and that’s fair - Most c section scars heal really fast, and end up as thin white lines, often with rows of dots from the staples or stitches but nothing like this. I’m convinced it’s a combo of terrible closure technique and terrible wound care. Even most postpartum women, who are knackered, operating on very little sleep and have a baby to care for heal better. Even women I know who had emergency sections, which are brutal, there’s no time for finesse, have less scarring than this.

It's about kids already getting exposed to this stuff online on websites and subreddits that present her as a happy successful famous case.
