The smug, insincere and cognitively challenged "love and kindness" message put forth by the YC headmasters has always been there. I do agree that such dogma only intensified further with the advent of tumblr itself, but then again, even the YC members who aren't necessarily libcucks are also guilty of fostering the climate of political correctness that took place there.

For all the social justice preaching, there are still numerous incidents of 'favorite users' and staff being dickwads towards users who were trannies and/or part of liberal protected classes, which should come as a surprise to exactly zero people. I definitely remember that someone by the name of PullThePower/AmeliaPTP was flamed by the entire forum for questioning the 'love and kindness' status quo, and it got even worse when another liberally privileged member (Dee) made snarky remarks about PTP being a tranny.

Pimpsahoy was particularly funny because he used to make top 10 YTP videos which enraged much of the community during it's "War on AIDS" phase. Eventually he posted a link to lastmeasure on the forum which got him banned, only for him to constantly return as an alt either in "defense" of himself or to just generally spite the userbase. Eventually it hpapened so often that people would just post "HI PIMPS" in any thread he created.

There are some other idiots like Tentor the Hamster (who was mostly just an obnoxious cunt) but then there’s a handful of users who are a league of their own (ie. kinghomer45 or girlaph.) I think most of the older (and relatively saner) users have moved on to smaller parts of the web. Theirs a chat room that's still fairly active but is far away from YTP or youchew at this point. The last time I went onto Youchew it just seemed like many of the posters were either kids or fucking insane.

Don't forget the people who'd post porn so that they'd get banned. Silverstreak did it, which is funny because he still tries to make alts, as well as PTP's first ban.
 
Silversteak was an okay guy. I still think he was more talented and genuinely funnier than any of the politically correct YC geeks. If I recall correctly, he was thrown under the bus because he wanted the pooping nerds to grow out of the CD-i wankery and use different sources.

I only remember PTP for the angsty fat kid who wanted everyone to pretend he was a girl. It's funny because even after he met the protected class status for the forum, PTP still got banned for daring to criticize the admin team for being spineless, inept shills.

I was apart of Youchew for a while. Holy shit, there's a lot of social justice sperging that goes on there. People will actively try to make you feel like garbage if you say something they don't agree with. Also, I specifically remember one mod banning a user for a few days because of something he said about another user OFFSITE in a Skype group. It was horseshit. I finally up and left that place a few month ago because I realized what a giant, stressful shitfest it was.
