He's had multiple people come out trying to help him act sane and has come out thinking those wanting him to get some mental help are part of a conspiracy against him.

He seems too full of himself to understand that he's the one that was fucking up and instead lashed out at everyone around him that wanted to help. Maybe this is even what made Kim leave?

I don't think this is a case of a man without real friends, so much as a guy that doesn't know how to be humble. Which I mean, he hasn't had a lot of need to be humble for years given he ended up getting to be a billionaire for a while.
