Most pseudo-intellectual discourse on Tumblr just reads like complete word salad. What I don't understand about Trans Day of Visibility is I thought the transgender end game was to pass as the gender you believe you are. You know, so people don't know you're trans.

Those colors are pretty obnoxious. But I guarantee you most of the people commenting on it have way more eye-bleeding tumblr layouts.

That's the aim, which I think is what the post is complaining about, trying to look like a cis person is oppressive or some shit, you should just make everyone comfortable with you being a big, hairy, female penised woman instead.

The day of visibility thing is mostly about older post-transition people putting photos of themselves out looking like their gender so younger transpeople can know that one day they might look normal too. It can be very encouraging for a dysphoric person, which of course is why tumblr hates it.

Just saw this at the top of my dash as soon as I opened it up; I hate this shit. Whatever kind of twisted logic these people operate on to think that disclosing personal information on the internet makes it a safer experience or that doing so makes someone more progressive is absolute garbage nonsense

My Asian friends stopped specifying they were Asian in their abouts after some yellow fever dudes started chasing after them, but fetishized pee oh seas don't matter to SJW's because if you don't list every disadvantage and privilege you've experienced you're a problematic white cishet neurotypical shitlord

I find this hilarious, because SJWs constantly complain about supposed minority invisibility and erasure and horseshit like that.

Then they immediately assume anyone who doesn't agree with their weird little cult is a white, male, heterosexual, Christian, whatever they hate the most.

And despite having had to deal with it innumerable times, they still have no rote response to "but hey I'm a black guy" or "hey I'm a Muslim" or "but I'm gay" or "I'm a tranny myself!" Their brain just locks up and they go full retard.
