Could be one of those extreme lip plumping glosses. Those things really do give you some fat swollen lips, albeit not very long lasting. I’d be a little shocked if an injector agreed to give that gal fillers. She looks like she’d get sepsis just by being sneezed on.

Seeing the picture of her from ten year ago in a reddit thread truly shocked me. She was in a HORRIBLE state in 2012 as well. She had zero fat on her body
There was no fat. Atrophy in her arms had began back then too. Jesus, I had no idea she was that bad back then. It is unbelievable for ten years she has managed to survive but also lose even more weight (muscle tone? bone loss?). How can this even be possible?

It’s actually par for the course. When people look like skeletons due to famine, there is other stuff that comes with it to shorten their lives. Lack of clean water, all sorts of diseases (most related to unsanitary water), violence, exposure, and lack of vitamins are what get people killed. Even one apple slice provides enough vitamins to prevent shit like scurvy and Beriberi for a month.
Ana chans have clean water and vitamins to keep them alive much longer. I suspect Eugenia has managed to make it this far without dying or lasting recovery by having brief periods of binge eating off camera. It still can’t last forever and in her most recent videos she has been looking really bad. If she suddenly perks up, that’ll confirm the binging theory. Iirc someone spotted a Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream lid in her trash. B&J’s are perfect for bulimics because they’re calorie dense and easy to throw up.

People are surprised how long the human body can hold out. Nutrition isn't required at this point, caffeine, sheer force of will (and practice, when a weakened state is all you know you'll haul your body around longer than anyone would believe is possible. I can't source without PLing and no one likes that shit).
I still don't think Eugenia's bulimic. Purging is a huge, exhausting act in it of itself, especially if you want to make sure you got everything out. She's got a far higher chance of something going wrong that way than just not eating. She might be taking bites of shit and doing laps around her uggo mcmansion (inside of course, what would the neighbors think?) But the urge to purge I highly doubt. Also...
Drugs anyone? I'm not talking illegal, coke, meth, etc. I'm talking legit, prescribed by an overpriced psychiatrist. Again, not gonna PL, but if she hasn't had prescription speedy pills along the way to help aide in her endeavors to rot I MEAN FOCUS, ahem, I'd be surprised.

There's every chance she uses exercise purging which is a form of bulimia, and often features in the anorexia binge-purge subtype.
Vyvanse is SUPER popular amongst ana-chans for keeping weight and appetite down, though considering how long she's been that uw for I doubt she has much of an appetite. I'd say there's absolutely every chance she abuses drugs like that.

I think she just barely eats. Purging would be extra stressful on her already starved and stressed body that it seems by now something would have cracked on her long livestreams to break the illusion.
She did have a bottle of Midol which apparently is used by anorexics. Her body has very likely shut down as far her monthly cycles, so it's not for the intended purpose.
Vyvanse, Adderall, etc. would help with the streams and it does kill any appetite. The restrictions and government red-tape for them have increased heavily in the past year or so though. If she had amphetamines at her disposal, I don't know why she'd bother with Midol either.
I still maintain my overall theory that the Cooney family all have very unhealthy and disordered relationships with food. While the rest of the family are morbidly obese and eat too much which has been normalized by society, Eugenia began in her teenage years rebelling against her family by going the opposite way. It's just the norm now for her to not eat, especially as she's still surrounded by the family and their disordered ways. I figure her Mom probably had good intentions a very long time ago to get her to eat but did it in ways that just further disordered and has long given up. I know she gets the brunt of the blame from most people, but Eugenia is a woman who could have moved out and not arrested her development when she became an adult. She has always had the means to do so. It's just not hard anymore for her anymore to not eat and it takes a lot of effort to eat. The normal feelings of hunger haven't been felt in years at all.

She did have a bottle of midol in the background of one of her videos. There was speculation at the time that she may be using it for its caffeine and diuretic properties.

Midol has an OTC diuretic, so anorexics get that satisfaction of dumping a bunch of water weight. You have to get fluids, so you'll see them time out when they weigh with Midol/water restriction.
