This...was not that great, but that might be because I feel like all of the DnD podcasts on Rooster Teeth's catalogue are a retort to Critical Role, which was something Mica Burton was a part of, and likely want to seriously find one of their shows that's good enough to replicate the success of Critical Role's Vox Machina animated show.

The diversity stuff being such a huge focus for them is crazy because both RT/AH had the perfect melting pots back in the day. Both had 4 white guys, a Jew and a Mexican (who tended to be funnier than the rest combined.) What's more diverse than that?

I'm reminded of Saints Row
One of the most overtly "diverse" games of the 2000s and it did it without social justice faggotry at all.
Come the reboot and all of a sudden, diversity is a big selling point and it felt so inauthentic. On top of the game feeling like it was written and programmed by Rebecca Sugar.
