I think one of the best parts of this whole thing is that on top of the typos and idiocy in his Facebook and YouTube screeds, the sheer number of absolutely glaring typos in the few excerpts of his book that are available. "Let me write an inspirational book about my life and ministry. Proofreading? Editing? Why bother!"

He claims to be a Psychologist and has a "practice" but his only degree is a Bachelors in Psychiatric/Mental Health Services Technician (which sounds like a dental assistant or a medical assistant type degree) and a diploma in Psychology and Social Work. Isn't this technically illegal? I was under the impression you needed a Doctorate in Psychology to be a practicing clinical Psychologist.

@Fenwick You are correct, to operate under the title of clinical psychologist, you need doctorate in psych (ph.d or psy.d) and have done all the licensing requirements for your state.
You could also practice with a Master's degree with a degree in social work (Master's of Social Work or MSW). Historically MSWs take on less serious work than full on doctorate shrinks.
However, the the term "therapist" isn't a licensed term. It's used interchangeably, but technically anyone can call themselves a therapist. As long as you're not telling people you have a doctorate, or try and take insurance or are passing yourself off as the real deal, you can charge people for advice. I guess it's like consultation.
But yea, you could technically rent a space and charge people for advice, so long as you're not claiming to be a psychologist.

He has associate degrees in mental health, either from community colleges or dubious vocational schools. In other words, he's qualified to work as an entry level health and human services worker, and as he has written about, he was a job coach for disabled people at one time. He also has a certificate in private security and had vocational training to drive a school bus and be a home health aide.
