You don't need uncensored hardcore gay sex, but you need a character that's pretty much just a stereotypical token gay character that flaunts his sexuality at everyone constantly for no reason. And of course, these people are not allowed to have any kind of flaw and nothing bad is ever allowed to happen to them in any way.
10 Seasons of said character being a perfect Homo-Gary Stu can be undone in one scene where a Klingon slaps him in the face for being an obnoxious asshole. Twitter would just explode with rage over the obviously homophobic attack against the character and how the writers of that episode clearly needs to go to a reeducation camp.

Which is hilarious in its own right, when you realize Patreon takes a share of like 10% or 20% . . . All Wu and his ilk achieve is increasing the amount of money Patreon receives.

Has anyone bought the book yet to see what she has to say in it? It's supposed to be about things she learned during her animation company disaster, so it's bound to be a pack of lies and half-truths.

I can't find anywhere that'll sell an ebook version outside of the US, and I'll be damned if I'm going to wait 6 weeks and have a hardback version cluttering up my bookshelves. Any Yank want to buy it and copy-paste the relevant bits?

That can be handled easily by having that Klingon be murdered violently at the end of the episode or by having the gay guy challenge him to an honor duel to gain him honor back.
