I follow a few people in Japan that were Qanon types and they're still die hard Trump fans. This is like the ideal situation for the establishment though.
Many of the people that propelled Trump to the Presidency in 2016 are out of the picture. QAnon, Steve Bannon, Trump's self-described jewish family: all bailed or were contained long ago. Now the fringe elements are starting to rebel too; growing generational divides between youth leaders and his intended run for POTUS at the senescent age of 78, lack of reciprocal patronage for the (desperate fringe) that staked everything on him, and Trump's inaction during the Sixth.
Bannon and Jared bailing is a plus for Trump since it brings the focus further on Trump himself. I'm 50/50 on whether Jared/Ivanka were doing this, but Bannon was notorious for doing leaks to liberal media outlets in an effort to paint himself as the true power in the White House. It's part of why Cernovich became so pissed when Bannon was forced out, since he suddenly lost the one guy willing to do any sort of leak to him. It was also a bit weird because he wouldn't leak to Breitbart or regular right wing outlets.
The negative effect any of this would have on Trump is negligible at best and could even prove a positive. Because you have people that are truly clownish like Ye and Nick coming out of the woodwork that Trump can easily distance himself from or even mock if needed, further distancing himself from the weirdo fringe who don't matter electorally. Problem is you would need Trump to actually be spoken to in order to elicit those comments, but once the serious election season starts along with the primaries it would seem natural it'd come up.
I also have a tiny spark of hope that Trump would denounce Nick by bringing up how faggoty Nick is to say it's gay to have sex with women and saying by that standard he must be incredibly gay which is evidence of how great he'd be for the LGBT community.
