If we say, swap out a single character in his fake name, we can make it masculine or neutral. Such as 方理真. Disregarding the pronunciation (accent), it can be made hyper feminine of masculine, like 方麗珍 and 方厲震. The fact he didn't do that makes me think his Chinese necronym is still pronounced the same as 方禮真 but maybe the second and third characters have been swapped to make the name more feminine.
